Xerox Memory Box

My Xerox project, titled "Memory Box," represents the formation of my individuality and personality based on my childhood and family memories.

The background is made up of a collage of family photos and items that spark memories that mean something to me: holidays, vacations, outings, activities and more.

The two hands on either side of the box are ripped and taped back together, emphasizing the main idea of my project that demonstrates the ability a family and a past have to break, restore and build the person that we are in the present day. We can be ripped apart by some memories, but others have the ability to repair us and make us whole once again.
